Instagram is reportedly starting to test the capabilities of the photo feature that can be uploaded directly from a desktop or laptop.
Information about testing Instagram’s new feature was first revealed by tipter developer Alessandro Paluzzi.
Paluzzi also provided several leaked images of the display of upload photos from the desktop version. It shows how it will look when the test is carried out.
Quoted by Gizchina, Monday (17/5), from the uploaded images, uploading photos from the desktop is almost the same as the application version.
Desktop versions have a button at the top of Desktop View, a + icon in a box that allows users to create new posts.
After clicking on the icon, users can drag and drop the images and videos they want to upload.
Later, the desktop version of Instagram users will also have access to editing with crop and filter support. Users can also add descriptions, locations and tag other users in the photo.
In the advanced settings, it’s possible that the user can disable comments like the app version.
Unfortunately, there is no information on when Instagram will launch this feature.
